Service scope
MiniStockCloud provides inventory, stock movement, quotation, barcode, report, tenant administration, and related workflow tools for small businesses.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for entering accurate product, pricing, stock, user, tax, and quotation data, and for keeping account credentials confidential.
Acceptable use
The service must not be used for illegal activity, unauthorized access, malware distribution, spam, infringement, or storing content that violates applicable law.
Subscription and billing
Paid subscriptions, renewal rules, failed-payment handling, cancellation, refunds, and taxes will be governed by the final pricing and payment terms before launch.
Availability and support
During private beta, the service is provided for guided testing. Production availability targets and support response times are defined in the Support and SLA page.
Limitation of liability
MiniStockCloud is not a replacement for professional accounting, tax, or legal advice. Final liability wording must be reviewed before paid public launch.
