MiniStockCloudPrivacy Policy
Draft privacy notice describing the data MiniStockCloud expects to process. This page must be reviewed before accepting paid public customers.
Data collected
The service may store tenant profile data, user accounts, product records, inventory movements, quotation records, customer names, uploaded logos/templates, support requests, audit logs, and technical logs.
Purpose of processing
Data is processed to provide the inventory service, authenticate users, enforce tenant isolation, generate reports and quotations, support customers, protect the system, and maintain backups.
Storage location
The private beta runs on self-hosted infrastructure. Production storage location, subprocessors, and cross-border transfer rules must be confirmed before public launch.
Access control
Tenant users can access only their own tenant data through role and feature permissions. Platform administrators can access operational data required to support and secure the service.
Third parties
Customer data should not be sent to paid or hosted third-party APIs unless privacy, data processing, and commercial terms have been reviewed.
Requests
Customers should be able to request data export, correction, or deletion through the support process, subject to legal, security, backup, and audit-log retention limits.
